• AI-powered recruiting at multi-country scale: AI matches candidates to open roles and surfaces those with an 85%+ match first: a platform built for 254,000 candidates per country each year, with a lower Cost per Hire.
• From visual chaos to a design system: Developers designed on the fly and 25% to 30% of the codebase was duplicated UI logic. I structured Teleperformance’s design system and the proposal that led the company to create its design team.
• Business banking redesign: I migrated 100% of corporate clients to a new transactional platform without stopping operations, with full feature parity and NPS +5 points.
• Bienestar a la carta: From 7 steps to 1 to reach the Home page: I transformed a wellbeing platform for 298,000 users end to end and standardized corporate customization without breaking accessibility.
